REQUIREMENTS
• + years’ experience in paid ads (Meta preferred)
• Strong understanding of audience targeting & campaign structure
• Proven ability to optimize for leads & conversions
• Experience with A/B testing (creative, audiences, hooks)
• Can analyze and improve CTR, CPC, Cost per lead Data-driven mindset (knows what to fix why)
• Up-to-date with ad trends & winning strategies
