The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require urdu, accent, calls, complaints, customer, transactions, recording, process, forms, investigation, ms office, excel, operations, communication skills, languages, benefits, medical insurance, provident fund, internal, bonus, planning mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
