Description

Title: Operation/Fleet Partner Executives!

eZhire is a car rental company based in UAE and currently looking for Operation/Fleet Partner Executives.

Vacancies:

Location: Lahore and Islamabad

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of “eZhire” services in Pakistan.

Develop and implement innovative processes, improve on existing processes, and resolve issues for suppliers and drivers.

Maintain strong communications with all field personnel and staff within eZhire.

Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules

Serve as a direct point of contact for the external call center to ensure success, growth, and scalability

Ensure educate supply of vehicles and drivers

Partnering with Car Rental Companies

Requirements:

Candidates having past experience from ride-hailing services and delivery backgrounds (Careem, Uber, Foodpanda, Airlift, Cheetay) will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have more than years of hands-on experience in the same field.

Bachelors/Master’s degree from a renowned university in the relevant field.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal).
