We are looking to hire candidates for the post of operations executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement across departments. Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of different operational areas. Monitor performance regularly and take corrective actions as needed.
Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to the operations team, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization while maintaining cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require post, operations, executive, o mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
