· Use the internal referral portal effectively
· Capable to use different methodologies for reactivation of dormant clients
· Able to conduct smart online surveys for customer satisfaction
· Bridging the gap between the digital usage and over the phone usage of the accounts.
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel

Candidates having year experience in similar capacity in a Brokerage Firm/ Call centre will be preferred.

BMA Group is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Online Call Centre Representative in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelors qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require excellent communication skills, problem solving, ms office, particularly excel, customer services mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
