· Capable to use different methodologies for reactivation of dormant clients
· Able to conduct smart online surveys for customer satisfaction
· Bridging the gap between the digital usage and over the phone usage of the accounts.
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office - particularly Excel

Candidates having year experience in similar capacity in a Brokerage Firm/ Call centre will be preferred.
