JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain business clientele
- Be able to build a rapport with potential clients
- Build strong relationship with customers
- Generate quality leads that result in sales
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers
- Collaborate with colleagues and peers on sales and marketing
- Must be updated with real estate market trends
- Must have good communication skills
- Excellent stress manager
- Excellent negotiation skills

Job Specification
Enrichers Investment Group is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Officers Business Development in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require patient, excellent negotiation skills, keen observer, emotionally intelligent, business, build, relationship, quality, sales, cold, calling, marketing, estate, market, communication, stress, negotiation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 19k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
