Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the dermatology sector and possess exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across Pakistan.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatologists and medical professionals.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of years of experience in sales management within the dermatology sector.

Ability to travel nationally as required.
