Silk Route Evenings is an Islamabad-based organisation dedicated to creating thoughtfully curated experiences centred on hospitality, culture and meaningful conversation.

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to join our Founding Team and help develop the organisation's marketing activities, strengthen its public presence and support community growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Plan and manage social media content across digital platforms.
- Assist in building and maintaining the Silk Route Evenings brand.
- Create engaging marketing and promotional content.
- Build relationships with universities, communities and partner organisations.
- Support the planning and promotion of events and organisational initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the Founder on marketing planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications or a related field.
- Relevant internships, academic projects or practical experience in marketing are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Interest in branding, community building and event promotion.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar digital marketing tools is a plus.
