Description

Major Responsibilities include:

• collecting relevant marketing data, and preparing and presenting report to the senior management, and providing clarity to internal/external stakeholders
• developing a marketing and operational strategy based on essential competencies and core products and projects
• building team expertise and keeping a holistic view on the team’s deliverables and performance
• demonstrating in-depth product knowledge by working on different fronts to respond to queries, troubleshoot problems, and provide relevant solutions
• regularly creating a marketing collateral, webpages, and pamphlets/brochures containing key information about the product
• initiating, developing, and implementing innovative marketing and communications projects while keeping a close eye on budgetary requirements and service level agreements (SLAs)
• coordinating with  different departments to understand their requirements and generating and synthesising information shared about the product by them
• ensuring the smooth and effective running of projects, while also  engaging in hands-on tasks
• taking initiatives to keep the company’s marketing presence active, increasing product awareness, and market share

Skills Required:

• at least - years of experience as head of marketing or marketing team lead
• proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• strong data analytical skills and the ability to use complex data on Excel
• hands-on experience of creating WordPress pages and HTML pages
• proficiency in, and experience of, using Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Salesforce, and HubSpot
• extensive knowledge of the workings of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• practical experience of working on major social media channels
• ability to extract data from multiple sources, and prepare weekly reports
• sound knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• experience of working with agile methodologies
• ability to create engaging social media content, guide designers, and produce the output
• proficient in both English and Urdu languages
• ability to examine complex technical requirements and streamline operations for internal and external stakeholders
• demonstrate leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, particularly in maintaining a strong, supportive, and sustainable relationship with clients
• display a high-level of adaptability and flexibility, particularly in pressure situations
• diligent, quick thinker, multi-tasker, and a team player
• strong time management and organisational skills
• bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
