Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

To highlight, mitigate and advise on legal exposure and risks
Drafting, vetting and amendment of various documents, agreements, policies etc.
Appear before the courts and various other fora on behalf of the company where necessary.
Assist in complying requirements with SECP notifications and other regulatory bodies
Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary.
Ensure the Company is legally protected in all its transactions, with customers and other third parties;

Competencies required for High Performance in the Role
· Strong knowledge of Legal services
· Policy Development, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Negotiations Skills;
· Ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure

Job Specification

Nayab Nasir (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Manager Legal in the field of Legal in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have llb/llm qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require education, presentation skills, service industry, legal, drafting, vetting, documents, agreements, policies, regulatory, bodies, liaison, transactions, performance, legal services, development, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, pressure mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 80k to 115k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
