Description

BMA Capital in search of a highly-creative and passionate person to join our team as Manager - Digital Marketing. The individual will primarily be responsible to strategize and execute company’s social media drives to enhance digital presence, grow brand image and expansion of online business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution.

• Brainstorm with marketing and sales team & work closely with designer to create innovative ideas and convert them into images.

• Monitor and ensure company’s presence on all contemporary social media platforms.

• Acquire insight in online marketing trends & tools, keep strategies up-to-date to build a lasting digital connection with customers.

• Develop engaging content and use different tactics to enhance Search Engine Optimization.

• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website and social media traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

• Generate reports to measure performance of digital marketing efforts by using a variety of web analytics tools i.e Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.

• Should be highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

• Must possess solid understanding of latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

• Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capable to convert innovative ideas into image.

The ideal candidate should have bba, mba (marketing) qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require excellent analytical abilities, good analytical skills, innovative & creative, outstanding communication skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
