We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Professional to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity.
Provide administrative support for HR projects, including training and development programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures with professionalism and empathy.
Assist in organizing team-building activities and corporate events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
