Description

The candidate can set, start, monitor, and maintain the machine and its ancillaries to ensure process efficiency and quality, and conformity of the final product. Ideally, knows and can describe the different parts of the machine and can support expert figures when troubleshooting issues.

Knows the steps of the color change process and can execute it; can adjust blow pin height and set blow pins (centralization) independently; can perform mixer cleaning independently; can perform daily basic repairs and carry out weekly and monthly maintenance on the machine and its ancillaries.

Can perform a complete mold change and restart production, can change and sharpen the parison knife, and can set line independently.

Can troubleshoot issues to optimize productivity and quality.

Knows the process parameters of the machine, can set them, and can set up and change recipes.

Can act as Shift Supervisor deputy if needed.

The position require monitor, machine, process efficiency, quality, final, product, support, expert, troubleshooting, change, process, cleaning, basic, maintenance, production, line, productivity, shift supervisor mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
