Description

Ecommerce Inside is looking profiles for Junior HR Executive - Female who are enthusiastic and keen to pursue their career in IT industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for entire Technical Recruitment Cycle including Job Advertisement, CV Screening, Interview scheduling.

Formation of Letters including appointment documents, Employment Agreements.

Manage employee relations

Manage employee records and filing.

Assist in other departmental activities and day to day operations.

Assist in monthly Attendance & Payroll

Qualification: BBA - HR

Experience: Months - year of software house or Digital Agency experience

Familiar with concepts of HR, Command on MS Office and Good communication skills

Gender: Female Only

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: : Pm to : AM (Night Shift)

Transportation allowance will be provided.

Location: Shaheed e Millat Road, Karachi.

This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
