- Support server administration tasks, including user account management, backup solutions, and security updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, server setups, and support tickets.
- Provide technical support to internal staff regarding network connectivity issues.,
- Assist in the installation and configuration of networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).
