Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening applicants for a variety of IT/technology positions.
Analyzing client's HR requirements, posting on various forums, collecting relevant cv'sfrom existing data bank as well as through new searches and negotiating with shortlisted candidates.

arthur lawrence is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of IT Technical Recruiter in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba/mba in hr/it qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require screening, posting, data, sourcing, technology, client mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.
