Sofinity is looking for a confident, creative, and growth-driven AI Ads & Business Development Specialist to join our fast-paced hybrid team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for digital growth, and the ability to manage client relationships while working on modern AI-powered marketing and advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
Generate and manage business leads for digital services
Handle client communication and relationship management
Assist in planning and executing AI-powered advertising campaigns
Coordinate with creative, marketing, and automation teams
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Conduct presentations, follow-ups, and proposal discussions
Support PR campaigns, events, and brand activations
Stay updated with AI tools, digital trends, and advertising platforms

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in client dealing and presentations
Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or AI tools is a plus
