We are looking for our future leader in the Sourcing and Recruitment position. The Person should have a proactive attitude toward Customer Satisfaction and Talent with an execution focus. Customer Success and Talent Sourcing work together with the Sales Team. Here is what we are offering:

Here are the responsibilities and percentage of work:

Talent Sourcing -Seventy percent: The main activity is IT Talent Sourcing/Recruiting/Selection. Finding the top IT talents in the market, analyzing the talent need of the customer, fill the talent pipelines are the main responsibilities. Increasing the Revenue from each account is also the responsibility of both the Sales Lead and the Customer Success Team.

Customer Success - Account Management Thirty Percent: This work includes updating the customer about the process, keeping clients engaged, and responding to the client's needs quickly.

The position is remote and we are looking forward to applications from Pakistan.
