Description

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends best practices and professional business knowledge

• Develop process models, requirements, user stories, and other deliverables using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools

• Conduct requirements analysis

• Manage requirements traceability throughout the entire project life-cycle

• Develop business processes flows and descriptions

• Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency.

• As required, participate in testing activities such as test case creation, execution, and managing issue resolution

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge (e.g. regarding ServiceNow or Cloud technologies) by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.

• + years’ experience as a business analyst or closely related role required

• Experience with ServiceNow and Cloud technologies is preferred

• Knowledge and experience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) preferred

• Experience in a scrum master role a plus

• Working experience of MS Office Suite required

• Software development processes and procedures experience preferred.
