The Role
- Receive inbound calls to sell the product/service.
- Make outbound calls to promote our service and invite new business.
- Correspond with customers, track and resolve any issues regarding product/service.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries.
- Identify Rapport Building Opportunities.
- Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark.
- O-Levels and A-levels background will be an edge.
