A well know software house is looking for candidates in night shift with outstanding communication skills and should possess strong negotiation ability.
Develop business/projects through online marketing/sales efforts especially on social media and freelancing website (upwork, elance, toptal etc) to identify new leads/businesses and potential new markets.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling in Web and Mobile Applications.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and interviews. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
