Major Job Duties:
- Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Answer and follow-up calls professionally for order verification, reviews, feedback and provide information about product
- Resolving customer complaints
- Handle in-bound – outbound queries via phone, email.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
- Prior call center experience is a plus point
- Gender: No Preference
- Shift Timings: 7pm – 4am. (9 hours)
- Working Days: Mon-Fri
- Office Location: FB.Area Gulberg Town, Karachi
- Pick and Drop service provided to females only.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require inbound, outbound, english fluency, email queries, order verification mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 35k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
