Omfort Trading is looking for confident, talented and energetic candidates who have proficient communication skills for our U.S.A based campaign "International Customer Support- Night Shift"

Major Job Duties:

• Manage outgoing/incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Answer and follow-up calls professionally for order verification, reviews, feedback and provide information about product
• Resolving customer complaints
• Handle in-bound – outbound queries via phone, email.

Skills Required:

• Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
• Prior call center experience is a plus point

• Shift Timings: pm – am. ( hours)
• Working Days: Mon-Fri 
• Office Location: FB.Area Gulberg Town, Karachi 
• Pick and Drop service provided to females only.
