Fluent written and excellent English language skills. The calls will be to & from the Middle East and the candidate should be able to understand different accents.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, process bookings, forms, and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Candidates with good Arabic speaking skills will he highly preferred.
