Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing business opportunities from large corporations, government-related entities, banks, financial institutions, and semi-government companies, focusing on bilateral debt, syndicated debt, private equities, venture capitals, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with large corporates, GREs, banks, financial institutions, and semi-government companies.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Expertly manage and navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and key influencers.

Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.

Collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies that align with company goals.

Utilize LinkedIn and other networking platforms to enhance business development efforts and connect with potential clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial services sector.

Strong understanding of financial products including bilateral and syndicated debt, private equity, venture capital, and joint ventures.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using LinkedIn for networking and business development.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
