JOB CODE: HRD-PC/SD-

JOB GRADE TITLE: Officer
REPORTING TO: Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer
DEPARTMENT/PROJECT: Finance
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time Regular (Open-ended)
LOCATION: Karachi, Pakistan.

JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be responsible for managing payments made to caregivers for the Project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Admin team to develop and maintain system of incentive disbursements
Ensure data is digitalized in an organized and comprehensive manner in order for finance to review payments
Work with Finance team for timely disbursement of incentives to caregivers
Timely share collection report with stakeholders & resolve queries
Responsible to get audits of incentives completed (internal or external)
Any other task assigned by supervisor

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

IRD Pakistan is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Incentive Disbursement Officer in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree in accounting & finance qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require communication skills, team player mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
