Description

As an Inbound Calling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organisation's sales and marketing efforts by proactively reaching out to potential customers or clients. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and maintain effective communication with leads, prospects, or existing customers through outbound calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to understand and convey product or service offerings.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Receive Inbound calls of potential customers based on information available.
Follow scripts and guidelines to present products or services, answer questions, and address concerns.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
Gather relevant information about leads, update the CRM system, and provide detailed notes for follow-up.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively.
Achieving Targets:
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly outbound calling targets.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
Data Management:
Accurately record and update customer information, call details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Feedback and Improvement:
Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses, common objections, and suggestions for process improvement.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during outbound calling activities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align Inbound efforts with overall business strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Inbound calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanour.
Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Fluent in English
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not limited.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is a plus.
Freshers with excellent English speaking skills can also apply.
