Description

Hiring alert, we need an Import Executive (Female)..

. Coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.

. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to imports and exports.

. Monitor and analyze import/export data to identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.

. Maintain and update the import/export compliance database.

. Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.

. Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import/export processes and paperwork.

. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.

. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports.

. Develop and maintain relationships with foreign governments, customs authorities, and other relevant organizations.

. Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders
