Job Description:
This HR Coordinator role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department, supporting the company's hiring efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and client companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR managers to assist in daily HR operations and processes, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance job knowledge within the HR team, staying updated on industry best practices.
Support the HR department in the hiring process, including sourcing candidates from various recruiting agencies and online job postings.
Conduct thorough telephonic and face-to-face interviews, assessing candidate qualifications and fit for different roles.
Adhere to all company rules and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Actively search for potential candidates on various job portals, including our own, to meet the staffing needs of partner companies.
Gather job requirements from client companies and post job listings on our job portal on their behalf.
Contribute to both assisted and unassisted hiring processes, identifying and presenting suitable candidates to client companies.
