GE Solucions is looking for an HR Internee to join the Human Resources Department.
- Documentation checklists of existing new employees
- Captions & and content for Social Media posting
- HRM Attendance Leaves Approvals on HCM
- Job Postings on different job portals
- Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify
- suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms
- once vacancies have been filled.
- Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Sorting of CVs in specified folders
- Daily Mail follow-ups
- Updating social & and event calendar sheet
- Reminders of tasks and events on Google Calendar
- Interview Invitation mails
- Day-to-day tasks
- Seeking information for Job Fairs
- BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar HR role is a plus

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 15k to 20k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
