Location: Korangi Industrial Area
Work Week: days
Responsibilities:
- Make efforts to close all vacant positions as per departmental requirements and deadlines.
- Advertising and attracting candidates through different sourcing channels.
- Downloading and Screening applicants
- Answering queries over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
- Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
- Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
- Generating different type of recruitment reports as required by Head of HR
- Maintaining records for applicants
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Uniform inventory management
- Responding to internal and external queries via email.
- Maintain time and attendance system and reports for improving employee discipline.
- Ensure timely completion of HR operations and prepare different HR reports as required by Manager HR.
- Work on Payroll related documents completion and reconciling to process payroll on time.
- Assist Manager HR in different HR functions.
- Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Specification
GreenO Corporation (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR Officer in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require documentation, recruitment, inventory-management, hr operations, payroll, multitasking mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
