Description

Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Assistant position based on-site in the Lahore District. The role involves assisting with HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting HRIS updates, and ensuring smooth benefits administration. Responsibilities include coordinating training programs, preparing HR-related reports, supporting recruitment processes, and addressing employee queries regarding policies and procedures. The Human Resources Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and thriving workplace.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management principles
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
Strong skills in organizing and conducting employee Training programs
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
