Perks HR Launches Paid Internship Program

Perks HR is looking to hire a Fresh Graduate for the role of HR Intern to join our growing company!

Depending on performance and productivity, the candidate may be offered a full-time role.

An ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The candidate must be a conceptual thinker, with outstanding organizational, and management skills and must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

You must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. You must also have a deep understanding of employee relationships and the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out end to end recruitment
· Develop job descriptions and post them online
· Screen candidates for open positions at the company
· Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates
· Maintain excellent employee records
· Conduct orientation of hired candidates
· Assist with employee performance management systems
· Create and share reports on HR related activities
· Assist with any other HR-related activity

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Effective problem-solving and management skills
· Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
· Strong decision-making skills
