Description

Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Support in HR & OD projects, programs, and initiatives for the implementation.

Support in employee training & development and engagement programs.

Maintain HR reports, dashboards and other relevant documentations.

Working closely with leaders, HR team members, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Metaline is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of HR Executive in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba/ms/bba - hr qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require recruitment, onboarding, support, employee training mandatory skills.
