We’re Hiring an “HR Executive”!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruiting and hiring process, including sourcing candidates using a variety of channels, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

• File & Documentation Management.

• Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, routine queries/issues.

Requirement & Skills:

• Proven working experience in recruitment & Deep understanding of recruitment processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Months to year of experience in a BPO company or other customer-facing environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
