Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager – HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have to years of comprehensive HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
As Deputy Manager HR, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department’s strategic goals and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Support in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and HR operations
Monitor performance management processes and support departmental heads with employee evaluations
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
Contribute to the development of HR policies and improve internal HR systems
Coordinate with external partners such as insurance providers and recruitment agencies
