Description

We are looking for Hr assistant at the Plant site Sagiyaan Bypass Near Begum kot Lahore , ( Only apply if you can work at this location)

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new employee files, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documents and templates.

Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Compliance and Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Prepare reports and documentation as needed for audits and other purposes.
