Minimum Qualification: MBA in HR
Minimum Experience: years in relevant field
must be confident and sharp to manage the output of staff.

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective on boarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

The ideal candidate should have mba in hr qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require onboarding, compliance, support, development, implementation, policies, procedures, recruitment, posting, hiring, process, training, performance management, management, attendance, data, legal, review, legal compliance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 40k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
