Description

Horticulture

. Arrange well experienced and trained horticulture workforce,

. Deploy and supervise the horticulture work force,

. Arrange watering of plants and grassy infrastructure as per seasonal requirements,

. Provide demand of seasonal plants and flowering shrubs and deploy the workforce for their immediate plantation,

. Ensure proper use and maintenance of horticultural equipment,

. Ensure timely trimming of plants and shrubs

Security Arrangements

. Recruit and guide the security staff about their role and security arrangements of the colony,

. Deploy reasonable and dutiful workers as guards,

. Mange shifts of security staff and post guards with defined watch area,

. Interact with guards for looking out suspicious persons or security hazards,

. Monitor working of the security staff and take action against inefficient workers,

. Protect people and property through routine and special patrols,

. Distribute and maintain company weapons.

) Working experience in horticulture and Security field is most important for selection.

) We will prefer working experience rather education.

The ideal candidate should have matric or higher qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require selection, nc, horticulture, infrastructure, demand, plantation, maintenance, equipment, trimming, security, staff, post, area, monitor, people, property, field, education mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
