HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions actively looking for a highly competent individual having strong exposure in B B B C sales preferably in HORECA, FMCG or Beverages Industry for one of our clients on HORECA Sector.

Position: HORECA Sales Growth Partner

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Job type: Regular (Annual Renewable contract)

Job Description:

- Identify and target new HORECA clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries).

- Conduct product demos, tastings, and training sessions for baristas or purchasing managers.

- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries professionally.

Competencies/Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality) with at least - years of proven working experience on the same with HORECA, FMCG, or beverage industry.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong presentation and product demonstration ability.

- Familiarity with coffee brewing, barista basics, or beverage trends is preferred.
