Job Overview:

BRILZEN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Marketing to lead client-focused marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and drive growth through effective campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of marketing services, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management & Strategy
• Develop and execute effective client marketing strategies aligned with BRILZEN’s business goals
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable marketing plans
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Campaign Execution
• Plan, manage, and oversee client marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, content, and sales
• Ensure timely delivery of all client projects with high quality standards
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
• Prepare regular reports for clients and internal management
• Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvement
• Team Leadership
• Lead and manage the client marketing team
• Assign tasks and ensure timely execution of responsibilities
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback
• Business Growth
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
• Support business development efforts to expand client base
• Stay updated with market trends and industry practices
• Brand & Communication
• Ensure all client marketing activities follow BRILZEN’s brand guidelines
• Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2. Proven experience in client marketing, account management, or agency roles
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
6. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
7. Analytical mindset with reporting experience

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in digital marketing agencies or multi-client environments

-Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and paid ads

-Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
