Position: Umrah Travel Consultant

Experience Required: – Years (Umrah operations & client handling)

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus

Expertise in Hotel Bookings (Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah)

Strong Client Dealing & Communication skills

Knowledge of Visa processing & Umrah packages

Customer-focused attitude with a passion for travel.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a travel agency or airline industry preferred.

Proficiency in computer reservation systems (CRS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

Bachelors / Masters or Equivalent.

Strong knowledge of global geography and major airline routes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
