Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Visual Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Graphic Designer with – years of experience who can independently design high-quality, engaging visuals for social media and digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in execution, understands what works on social platforms, and can consistently deliver strong creative output with minimal supervision.
While the primary focus will be social media and marketing design, the role also offers opportunities to contribute to digital product visuals and broader brand design, making it a good fit for designers who want to expand their skill set beyond social content.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibility: Social Media & Marketing Design
Independently design high-quality content for social media platforms (posts, carousels, stories, banners, ads, and campaign creatives)
Translate briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts and final designs with minimal guidance
Maintain visual consistency while adapting designs for different platforms and audiences
Continuously improve creative quality based on performance insights and feedback
Digital Product & Brand Visuals (Occasional)
Design or support visuals for websites, dashboards, apps, or other digital products when required
Help maintain and evolve the overall brand look & feel across marketing and digital assets
Apply consistent typography, color systems, and layout principles across different outputs
Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams when working on digital products
Ownership & Collaboration
Manage multiple design tasks independently and meet deadlines
Coordinate with content, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver results
Review your own work for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment before final delivery
Tools & Skills We’re Looking For
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma
Proven experience designing for social media and digital marketing
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Basic video or motion design skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus)
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of design outputs
Strong portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality design work
Qualifications
– years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
Experience working independently or handling projects end-to-end
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
Experience with digital products, web, or UI design is a plus but not mandatory
