Description
Professionally administer all incoming calls
Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Maintain the visitor area
Type memos, correspondences, reports, and other documents
Perform a variety of clerical duties
Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing of office supplies
Have full command on Samsung PABX.

Limton Innovative Systems is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Officer (PABX Operator) in the field of Other in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require good communication skills, experience of samsung pabx, calm personality mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
