Description

• To serve all visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.

• Note down and convey messages to the concerned staff members (if any) and do not share any personal information of Directors as well as staff members.
• To attend telephone calls (all internal & external) by using PABX promptly, provide basic & accurate information and transfer calls to the concerned.
• Must get permission for international and out of city calls and maintain their records in a manual log book.
• To memorize all emergency contact number specially Fire Brigade, Ambulance, Rescue Services, Police, Rangers, DHA Offices.
• To collect or download bills / invoices from PTCL and Cellular Network Company on monthly basis, check and send bills to all concerned HODs for verification.
• To prepare bill summary verified from the concerned HODs and forward to the Administration for timely payment.
• To receive couriers, parcels, items or other materials, send them to concerned department / person and must maintain their record.
• To receive couriers, parcels, items or other materials from the departments to dispatch (domestic & international) on daily basis, make sure deliveries by tracking the number and must inform to the concerned (incase of any ambiguity contact courier companies for complaints).
• To verify dispatch bills (domestic & international) and forward to the Administration for timely payment.
• To coordinate with the department / person to book Conference Rooms for official purposes.
• To maintain Front Desk, Reception and Conference Rooms in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Oversee the duties of Peon and Office Cleaners on regular basis.
• To avoid personal calls at Front Desk / Reception Area.
• To keep all kinds of records and information strictly confidential and avoid unnecessary conversation with other colleagues.
• To follow rules & regulations and comply with the instructions of your seniors to maintain discipline in Company.
• To perform other duties as entrusted by your HOD / In charge.

Karsaz (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Front Desk Officer in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba/bs qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require outstanding knowledge of ms office., excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of office administration and procedures mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 50k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
