Key Responsibilities:


Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Maintain office reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Handle appointment scheduling and visitor logs.

Assist HR and Admin departments with routine clerical and administrative support.

Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and basic recordkeeping.

Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

– years of relevant experience (experience in corporate or FMCG setup preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Presentable personality with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
