Description

• Management of overall operations of the food court 

• Coordinates with all the available brands in the food court for the operational matters to ensure the smooth operations. 

• Provides and ensures the SOP  for hygiene of the outlet staff 

• All the outlets have taken appropriate safety measures safety resources as recommended by the PEG. 

• To ensure overall cleaning of food court including washroom, tiles, pillars, furniture, cladding, glasses, and all the other installation. 

• To provide best possible customer service and hospitality to the visitor of food court and take their feedbacks. 

• To search for the emerging food brands in the country and coordinate between their management. 

• To prepare a daily report of the food court operation covering all the aspects of operations. 

• To point out the discrepancies and loopholes in the food court and coordinate formally with the management to take appropriate action as per lease agreement. 

• Improvise customer services and Resolve customer complaints 

• To coordinate with the marketing department to developer the marketing strategy and in light of customers feedback and comments. 

• Develop marketing campaigns and discounts packages with tenants.
