Job Title: Floor Supervisor – Restaurant Operations

Location: Houston Steak House, Bahria Phase Islamabad.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor with a strong background in the food and restaurant industry. The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily floor operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality, and provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and hands-on experience in restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day floor operations in the restaurant.

Ensure high-quality guest service, promptly handling inquiries and complaints.

Oversee waitstaff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.

Ensure dining area cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.

Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.

Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Monitor stock levels of service items and coordinate with management for replenishment.

Support in implementing promotions, upselling strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Report daily operational updates to Restaurant Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).

Minimum – years of proven experience in the food and restaurant industry.

Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food safety, and hygiene practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
