Responsibilities

- Prepare all inland and foreign letter of Credit/Contract documents for its establishment.

- Coordination and liaison with import department and bank for successful transmission of LC/Contracts.

- Prepare all documents for customers LCs for presentation in bank and liaison for its timely payments.

- Keep records and report all information for financial impacts and its timely recording.

- Assist in day to day tasks of finance department.
