Description

• Getting issuance of container NOC/CRO/loading program from concerned shipping lines/agents.

• Opening/closing/maintenance of job files and their related documents & records, as well as filling out particulars on the job file cover along with the progression of jobs.

• Feeding jobs data on the website of EFS on a daily basis.

• Coordination/communication with S/Lines and carriers about vessel sailing confirmation/stuffing details as well as getting web reports from their sites.

• HBL/MBL submission to Line/Co-loader/Karachi Office (Shipper)

• B/L Printing & Invoices to Shippers

• Arranging local transportation/pickup

• Following up with customers for Pre-shipment documents & their checking

• The entry of Jobs data into “System”

• Payments to Lines/Co-loaders/Transporters

• Daily communication with the Karachi office for shipment updates and expense details.

• Customer Services/Updating via e-mail/fax.

• To keep records/files updated, including job files, B/L files, R/R files, etc.

Excel Freight Systems (Pvt) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Export Officer in the field of Supply Chain in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require container, program, shipping, documents, filling, data, website, basis, communication, sailing, office, printing, local, checking, entry, payments, shipment, customer, bachelors mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
