Job Description
Master written, verbal and non-verbal language and conversation skills, grammar and fluency
Develop proficient typing speed and computer skills essential for customer service roles. Understand how to use different CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Order Management Systems (OMS)
Prepare for the recruitment process through mock interviews and weekly assessments
Demonstrate excellent communication, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation while communicating with others by the end of the program
Boost confidence and groom the candidate’s personality to professionally handle customer support and other customer-facing roles
Collaborate with top industry professionals and prepare to represent Fortune companies and Silicon Valley Giants on a global scale
Job Requirements
Candidate should be minimum Matric or O Levels pass. Bachelor’s degree or diploma would be a plus
Candidate should be years or older (You will be required to show your CNIC during the interview)
Basic English grammar and verbal skills (A /A level minimum)
Basic understanding of computer usage and typic skills
Commitment to personal and professional growth
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

This is a Full-Time on rotation job.Salary vary between 90k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
